We are pleased to announce we've signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Caterpillar to collaborate on our robotic bricklaying technology. This agreement enables us to establish a strategic alliance board with representatives from both companies to determine how best to offer our technology to Caterpillar construction customers.
In addition to this, Caterpillar is investing USD$2 million in the company and we're delighted to welcome them as a new shareholder.
